Oregon Post Adoption Resource Center (www.orparc.org) is an amazing resources for
families parenting post adoption. They have so much to offer and are
funded by the Oregon Department of Human Services. ORPARC hosts a list of free trainings offered
throughout the State of Oregon, as well as support groups, webinars, and ongoing
classes. I wish every state had such an
